Clear boundaries.
No invisible promises.

Scope and operator
This is an informational website for Front Counter, operated by Benjamin Augustine Balitski in Pennsylvania, United States. Browsing or emailing does not create a paid service subscription, reserve a pilot place, or establish a support agreement.
Current availability
The phone-assistant and request-inbox prototype is in development and private testing. This site does not provide public access to the test line or operator inbox. SMS transcript delivery and customer logins are not available through this site. Examples illustrate intended behavior; they are not real customer records, testimonials, or performance results.
Human confirmation is required
Automated responses and speech recognition can be incomplete or incorrect. A captured request is not a confirmed appointment, accepted quotation, or commitment to call at a particular time. A business must review and confirm its own decisions. Do not use this project for emergencies or decisions requiring professional advice.
Authorized use
Do not send credentials or sensitive personal information through general inquiries, attempt to access private records, impersonate a business, or use any project feature for unsolicited messaging or unlawful purposes. Any business pilot requires authorization from an appropriate representative of that business.
Pilots, fees, and cancellation
No service prices or automatic charges are established by this website. Any pilot or paid service requires a separate written agreement addressing scope, costs, third-party usage charges, support, privacy, retention, cancellation, and ownership or transfer of phone numbers. No fees or refund policy should be inferred from these website terms.
Availability and performance
No uptime commitment, response deadline, error-free operation, commercial outcome, or compliance certification is offered through this site. A future service’s obligations must be stated in its agreement. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services and privacy
Independent providers supply email and telephony. Their approval and availability are separate from this project. Our privacy notice describes current information practices.
