Phone tools for independent service businesses

Keep the work moving.
Give calls a place to land.

Front Counter is developing an automated phone assistant and request inbox for the times you cannot get to the phone. Clear business information. Organized requests. A person still makes the decisions.

Development & private testingNo public self-service signup. SMS transcript delivery and customer logins are not currently available.

A focused starting point

Less phone friction.
More clarity about the next step.

The prototype connects incoming calls to business-approved responses and an operator inbox. Reliability, permissions, and each business’s workflow must be reviewed before a customer pilot.

Answer the everyday questions

Use reviewed information for questions such as hours, location, and available services. Unknown answers should stay unknown—not become invented facts.

Capture a request

Turn a caller’s spoken request into text for review. A request does not reserve a time, approve a quote, or guarantee a callback.

Review what callers need

Organize requests and topic mentions in a private operator view. Call counts are not unique-customer counts, booked jobs, or earned revenue.

The prototype is not an emergency service or a replacement for human judgment. No uptime, response-time, sales, or accuracy guarantee is offered.

About & contact

An independent project.
A named operator.

Front Counter is operated by Benjamin Augustine Balitski in Pennsylvania, United States. It is an independently developed project focused on phone-answering and request-management tools for service businesses.

We are evaluating a limited, owner-authorized pilot model. This website does not claim an incorporated company, approved messaging registration, an existing paid customer base, or an active deployment for any named business.

Before any pilot, the scope, approved business information, data handling, support arrangements, and price must be agreed in writing.
